The mixed vanadium-titanium oxo-alkoxy (VTOA) nanoparticles were synthesized via sol-gel method in a chemical reactor with ultra-rapid micromixing. nucleation and growth kinetics particles size, followed by the static/dynamic light scattering methods, quite different from those of pure titanium (TOA) vanadium (VOA) species. It was shown that TOA species appear first serve to be centres attraction for hydrolysed VOA at stage. However, content above 20 mol% large imprison sub-nucleus prohibiting nucleus appearance. model analysis VTOA induction validated significant increase size an precursor concentration. results support new paradigm process describing profound restructuring oxometallic during assembling
